New Welding Tools from Raysoar at the 23rd China International Industry Fair

Welcome to the  23rd China International Industry Fair held in the National Convention and Exhibition Centre in Shanghai! Raysoar brings new welding tools: Fine Welding -series to global customers in the field of laser welding application. This is a handheld welding product configured with the disruptive air-cooling fibre laser source made by Maxphotonics, which will bring brand-new welding experiences to every honorable customer.

 

We are at booth B050 in the NH Hall. Approaching our booth, we will be greeted by two handheld welding machines from the ‘Fine Welding’ series, coupled with our new Welding MATE, which provides high-purity nitrogen as a protective gas for welding applications.

This is the FWA1500 air-cooling handheld welding machine from ‘Fine Welding’ family:

  1. It is equipped with an air-cooling fibre laser,compared with the traditional water-cooling, air-cooling makes it more environmentally friendly and energy-saving. The machine is also lightweight and portable, it weighs only 44kg.
  2. The handheld laser welding head SUP21T-21T supports hand-held welding, spot welding, cutting, non-contact cleaning, and weld cleaning functions.
  3. It supports automatic wire feeding and can realise all-position welding;

This is the Welding MATE- WMS30Pro :

The main function of welding MATE is to provide continuous and stable high-purity nitrogen output, protect the welding head and lens, disperse the plasma generated during the welding process, and avoid workpiece oxidation.

  1. The power consumption during operation is only 0.2 KW, which is greatly reduced compared with using cylinder gas.
  2. The output nitrogen purity is up to 99.9%, and the maximum flow rate is 3 cubic metres per hour, which can support the operation of two laser handheld welding machines at a time. When applied to handheld welding, the output nitrogen purity can reach 99.99%. It can also be applied to laser cleaning machines, laser platform welding machines , laser robot welding machines, and other equipment. 
  3. With its highly mobile, safe, and efficient features, it is especially suitable for complex factory workshop environments compared with traditional cylinder nitrogen
